Technical specifications: • Total length: 2000–5000 mm • Pipe diameter: 76 mm • Wall thickness: 4 mm • Number of spirals: 1–3 (depending on model) • Spiral diameter: 96–300 mm • Spiral type: Continuous / Helix • Extension type: P4 / R20 • Steel type: S235 / S355 • Coating: Galvanized ≥ 70 microns / Epoxy Load data (based on semi-hard ground): • Compression load: 5200–9600 kg • Pullout load: 3800–6200 kg • Horizontal load: 900–1300 kg Coil type: Continuous coil – continuous threading along the length of the pipe, which transfers load through friction with the ground. Helix coil – flat plates to create grip Deep in the ground, effective for vertical loads. Installation method: Can be inserted using hydraulically powered drilling equipment (such as Digga MM14K), or using a portable planetary electric screwing rig – especially for sites without access to heavy equipment. Recommended uses: • Massive pergolas • Public decks - aggressive use • Fences • Light / heavy / mobile structures. • Infrastructure in complex terrain • Industrial and military equipment, special facilities and more.

RockBase TrioMax and DeepLiner screw series
Designed to provide a solution for projects that require deep grip, resistance to high loads, and maximum planning flexibility.
The screws come in a base length of 2000 mm, with the option of modular extension to 3000 and even 4000 mm – using hardened connectors and precise threaded connections.
TrioMax features 3 helix discs with a diameter of 250 mm – ideal for sandy and soft soils.
DeepLiner is equipped with a wide single plate with a diameter of 160 mm – adapted to dense or rocky soil.
Both series are made of strong S355 steel, with a galvanizing coating ≥70μm, and are intended for uses such as:
Solar infrastructure, caravans, wooden structures, warehouses, sheds, modular bridges, or projects in problem areas.
The entire system was designed to allow complete flexibility in choosing length and depth, with perfect adaptation to the Israeli terrain.
